Which music services are supported?
What if my service isn't listed?
To listen to music from providers not yet supported (like Pandora or SiriusXM), make them a favorite in the Sonos app, then look for your stations in Clic search under Sonos Favorites.
Which services are in progress?
Amazon Music — API access pending approval
Pandora — API access pending approval
Does Family Sharing work?
Yes — but Family Sharing sometimes won't work during a trial period. Once you're on a paid plan it works normally.
For help setting up Family Sharing, see Apple's official guide: Set up Family Sharing.
Clic Mini won't open on Mac — what do I do?
If Clic doesn't open Clic Mini automatically, you can use this workaround:
- Right-click the Clic app in Finder
- Select "Show Package Contents"
- Navigate to Contents → PlugIns
- Open Clic Mini
This should resolve the issue while I work to fix it.
My Apple Music library is blank — how do I fix it?
If your Apple Music library shows a blank image, Clic is missing the Media & Apple Music permission. iOS and macOS sometimes reset this permission after an update or reinstall, even if you granted it before.
To re-enable it:
- Open Settings (or System Settings on Mac) → Privacy & Security → Media & Apple Music
- Turn Clic on. If it's already on, turn it off and back on to reset it
- Fully quit Clic (swipe it away in the app switcher on iPhone or iPad, or press Cmd+Q on Mac) and reopen it
If Clic isn't listed under Media & Apple Music, open the Apple Music view in Clic once so the system prompts for access, then allow it. Your library should appear after relaunching.
